I've seen better, but worse too

The reception staff were helpful and made my check-in swift and efficient! The location is prime, with the mall just a short and safe stroll away.

Dining left much to be desired. My experience at the restaurant was disappointing, with understaffed service and lackluster food options.

Near groenkloof nature reserve, 5 minutes' walk to Centurion train station. In love with centurion. Free parking on-site was provided;))

The outdoor pool area was super relaxing. Convenient access to nearby shops.

The price is fair comparing to what you get. The food is very good (despite it used to be better in past).

- Internet in room does not work well. - Maintanaince in room is poor (despite the room was very clean).

n arrival the reception and service was relaxed and efficient which wasa welcome after a long flight. We were in our room and settled very quickly after arrival.

Although probably not the responsibility of the hotel, the lake view was not what you see in the literature and may be work in progress with a view to returning it to its intended condition.

Just a well-suited match for a flying visit in Centurion with excellent value for money. The gym was a great surprise, well-equipped and clean, making it easy to stick to my routine. If you need peace, stick to quieter hours.

Water in shower (room 422) kept turning from hot to cold without warning Waiter at restaurant kept harassing me during lunch as I tried to relax: he would not let me relax as if it were a fast food restaurant Lousy service at reception Room service food on one evening over-cooked and dry

This hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall, making it easy to shop and dine. the hotel is also close to JoBurg airport, which is ideal for travelers. Bruno's Restaurant offers excellent customer service and delicious food. the rooms are clean and spacious.

The front desk staff seems to lack effective communication skills, which can lead to frustration when making requests.

The mattress was very confortable.

Good location for the purpose of my visit

The inclusion of breakfast in my daily rates. I must be given a choice to have mt breakfast anywhere I like.

The hotel has a great bar right here. We were happy with our decision to stay here. It was a convenient spot to explore the area from. 🍹

The staff was very nice, the food was very good

checkout was too long. the need to request and change password for the wireless all the time was too complicated

Cute reception, relaxing outdoor pool area, kind and helpful staff, convenient back gate to shops, excellent security, ample parking.
